  1. HRCB provides consultation and undertakes work on short and long term contracts to provide subject matter expertise and strategic advice on a range of equity, diversity, inclusion and human rights related projects.
  2. We provide advice and guidance to ensure government and our business clients are in compliance with ratified human rights treaties.
  3. We provide advice and guidance to the government and to our business clients on advocacy for progressive legislation and the incorporation of international law into domestic legislation that gives effect to the treaty.
  4. We provide advice and guidance to achieve solutions to the recommendations and concerns raised by international and regional human rights committees in their concluding observations.

TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING

  1. HRCB provides human rights training and interactive educational workshops tailored to your institution’s environment and needs.
  2. We develop advocacy and awareness plans for our business clients to clearly define the issues, get the message across and achieve possible solutions.

RESEARCH & REPORTS

  1. HRCB draws on a team of experts and network partners from civil society and business to tackle challenges and help organizations to meet and exceed global human rights  standards by conducting intensive research on various human right related issues to produce succinct and comprehensive reports.
  2. We have the expertise to draft state party reports to respective international and regional treaty monitoring bodies/committees on the implementation of the government’s obligations under each treaty and compliance therewith.

POLICY DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION

  1. HRCB provides assistance with human rights policy development and implementation using United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights to provide some essential elements as the global reference point for business and human rights.
  2. We provide advice and guidance to governmental departments and our business clients to ensure that their current policies, and regulations are effective in addressing human rights protection and the risk of human rights violations.

PROJECT/PROGRAM MONITORING & EVALUATION

HRCB conducts evaluations and actively monitors program interventions through field visits, surveys and exchange of information with business clients to assess impact, progress, identify challenges and offer possible solutions.
